General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the TapTime platform ("TapTime" or "we") and users of the service ("user"). The operator's details are available on the Contact page. By using TapTime you agree to these terms.

TapTime is a platform for creating, sharing, and discovering events and activities. It enables users to publish event information, communicate with other users, boost their events, and display sponsored content.

Full access to the platform requires registration. The user must:

• provide truthful and accurate information,
• protect login credentials from misuse,
• notify us promptly of any suspicious account activity.

TapTime reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of these terms.

The platform offers paid features:

• Event Boost — paid prominence in event listings,
• Sponsored Banner — a geo-targeted advertising banner.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. TapTime does not store card numbers or other sensitive payment data. Pursuant to § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has already been made available if the user explicitly consented to this before performance commenced. Prices are final. VAT not applicable.

The user agrees not to:

• publish unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content,
• impersonate another person or entity,
• disrupt the platform or attempt unauthorised access,
• distribute spam, viruses, or other harmful code,
• infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

The user bears full responsibility for content they publish on the platform. TapTime does not pre-moderate content. We reserve the right to remove content in breach of these GTC or applicable law, without entitlement to a refund for active paid services.

By publishing content, the user grants TapTime a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the service.

The platform may display sponsored content and third-party advertisements (including Google Ads). TapTime is not responsible for the content of external advertisements, or for advertisers' products or services. By clicking an ad, the user leaves to a third-party website.

TapTime provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation,
• accuracy of user-published information,
• absence of damages from using or being unable to use the platform,
• content of external websites linked from the platform,
• results or effectiveness of paid promotional services.

TapTime's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific paid service.

These GTC are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

TapTime reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user account at any time, without prior notice and without entitlement to compensation, in particular in cases of:

• breach of these GTC or applicable law,
• publication of unlawful, offensive, hateful, or otherwise harmful content,
• inappropriate, harassing, or unethical conduct towards other users,
• suspected platform abuse, fraudulent conduct, or attempts to damage the service,
• creation of fake events, profiles, or deliberate spread of false information,
• repeated violations of the conduct rules in Section 5.

In the event of account termination for the above reasons, the user is not entitled to a refund of any payments for paid services, nor to any financial or other compensation. TapTime is not obliged to state reasons for its decision.
